From the 3rd of the current year in accordance with the rules for conducting an electronic auction for the sale of bankrupt property and determining its organizer, approved by order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 17, 2015 No. 178, it is planned to launch a separate service for the sale of property of debtors - bankrupt “QAITARU” (hereinafter - Service) for sellers - temporary, bankrupt or rehabilitation managers. In this regard, it is planned that the registration of sales, trading objects, the preparation of contracts of sale by sellers of the property of debtors - bankrupt will be carried out in the new service.
